Our client is seeking customer service representatives with strong communication skills, rapport-building abilities, and a passion for problem-solving!

The Role:

  • Positions: 3 temporary positions available (high chance of extension or going permanent)
  • Duration: 6 month assignments
  • Start date: 24th November
  • Hourly rate: $26.54 per hour + 8% Holiday pay
  • These shifts are 4 days 10 hours
  • Must be flexible with days and hours throughout the week
  • They operate 7 days a week between the hours of 7am and 10PM. Potential weekend work.
  • 3 weeks of paid training

As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact, providing technical customer service over the phone
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with customers
  • Log incidents and manage support processes

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service or contact centres. To succeed in this role, you MUST have:

  • Experience in a call centre environment (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role (essential)
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent system skills and a confident understanding of technology
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Clear criminal history and credit check
  • NZ residency or citizenship
